Gluten free doesn’t mean flavor free with these baked goods
Whether it’s due to celiac disease or simply a lifestyle choice, a lot of people eat gluten-free diets today. But being gluten free doesn’t have to mean skipping your favorite bakery treats. Thankfully there are gluten-free bakeries all over the country making delicious bagels, doughnuts, cookies, breads, and other baked goods — and many ship nationwide.
Here are some of our favorites that send gluten-free baked goods directly to your door.

Confections by Kirari West
Even before Japanese native Hiro Saito opened this popular Kirari West cafe in Redondo Beach, California, he was using rice flour instead of wheat flour for many of his recipes. With Confections by Kirari West, he’s expanded his gluten-free menu (and reach) with an array of delectable gluten-free cookies that can be shipped anywhere in the country.
You’ll find eight different flavors of Saito’s handcrafted cookies, from old-school chocolate chip to revelations like butterscotch white miso, matcha white chocolate, and cranberry orange cardamom. Order boxes by the half dozen or a full dozen.

Modern Bread & Bagel
While brick-and-mortar locations of this gluten-free bakery can be found in New York City and in Southern California, Modern Bread & Bagel ships nationwide so anyone anywhere can have a chance to satisfy their carb cravings.
The gluten-free, ancient-grain bagels are kettle-boiled, which makes them crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. They come in flavors like cinnamon raisin, poppy seed, sesame, onion, garlic, and the classic everything bagel. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better gluten-free bagel than these.
And don’t be fooled by the name: Modern Bread & Bagel also offers hard-to-find gluten-free (and kosher) items like rugelach, challah, and yeasted glazed donuts, to name just a few.
